We are happy to help with any problem you may have. By law all purchases must come with a manufcaturers guarantee and we can help in actionning any service you may require

What If My Order Is Damaged ?

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to sort out the problem quickly and effectively

What If I want To Return My order ?

If you have a valid reason you can return your order but this does incurr a 25% restocking charge if your returning due to a reason outside the guarantee

What If I Have A Complaint ?

The best way to notify us is by email mfcleather@hotmail.co.uk with all your order details such as order number and your name and address. Attaching pictures of the problem is also required in order to process a complaint efficiently

We are part of the Federation of Small Business. All our beds we sell are from Trading Standards approved manufactuers and all our sofas are made by manufcaturers whom are part of the BFM
